Unlike simpler shooters where you can just download a script, unlocking items in Hitman 3 is more complex because the game relies on an online server (IOI’s servers) to verify your progress. However, the modding community has developed several incredible methods to bypass this. These range from "Offline Unlocker" mods that trick the game into giving you everything offline, to complete server emulators like "Peacock" that replicate the online experience locally.
