Cloudcc is a specialized software tool, the official app for Yuehu series Bluetooth earphones. Unlike generic Bluetooth manager applications, Cloudcc is used in these earbuds, making it the only reliable method to perform over-the-air (OTA) firmware updates without connecting to a computer. The app supports nearly all series, including the popular 3rd generation and 4th generation Yuehu models.

Keep both earphones outside the charging case during the entire update process. Do not exit the app or close your phone until you see a completion message. This step is critical; interrupting the update could permanently damage your earphones.

Navigate to or Apps & Notifications (varies by device). Tap on Special App Access and select Install Unknown Apps .
