Clear vision – project for safer laser treatment of floaters started

The XFloater project concluded its formal research phase in July 2022, but its legacy continues. The project was never intended to produce a market-ready medical device. Instead, its goal, as Dr. Holger Lubatschowski of the LZH put it, was to "create the fundamentals for a safe, non-invasive procedure."
