This file contains low-level system properties. While SetEdit primarily works with the settings database, advanced rooted versions can also modify some build.prop -type properties. However, build.prop is generally a separate system for deeper device fingerprints and hardware behavior.

This command must be run from a computer with ADB (Android Debug Bridge) set up. For rooted devices, a similar pm command can be used:
