The plot revolves around , a spirited and humorous young man working for a courier company owned by the villainous Khanna (Shakti Kapoor). Hero is hopelessly in love with Rani (Rani Mukerji), but she views him only as a good friend. After a series of events involving a heart transplant and the ghost of a murdered man (Arbaaz Khan) who is determined to solve his own murder, chaos and comedy ensue.
