What was the reason you didn't complete your payment?
While is no longer sold on digital storefronts, and EA (which now owns Codemasters) has delisted many older F1 titles, it is NOT legally considered abandonware. Codemasters and EA still actively hold the copyrights. Downloading any version of the game, including the unofficial mods that incorporate its core engine, remains a violation of copyright law and is a form of digital piracy.
