This is a grey area. PES 2012 is abandonware . You cannot buy it digitally on Steam (it was removed years ago) or on GOG. Physical copies on eBay cost $40-$60. If you own the original DVD, downloading a repack is legally a backup. If you don't, you are technically violating copyright. However, for preservation of a game no longer sold by Konami, the community generally accepts repacks.
