During normal printing, especially with frequent head cleanings, a small amount of ink is deposited into a waste ink pad located at the bottom of the printer. To prevent this ink from overflowing and damaging the printer or your furniture, Epson installed a digital counter inside the printer's firmware.
The official Epson Adjustment Program is strictly a Windows application ( .exe ). If you use macOS, you will need to connect the printer to a Windows machine temporarily to run the reset tool, or look into third-party paid Mac utilities. Epson Printer Resetter L3250
Delete any pending print jobs from your Windows print spooler. During normal printing
Click the button at the top of the software interface. Under Model Name , choose L3250 (or L3250 Series). especially with frequent head cleanings
