Launch Open PS2 Loader (OPL) on your PS2, select the game from the menu, and play. Note that older USB 1.1 ports on the PS2 may cause cinematic stuttering, making network (SMB) or MX4SIO SD card methods preferable.

If you prefer the nostalgic experience, you can play the ISO on a real physical PS2 console.
