Logs are primarily located in C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs . If services fail to start, the SolarWinds Orion Core Services can be repaired via the Windows Control Panel. Install SolarWinds Platform products in a new environment solarwinds npm offline installer

The installer reports that all products are already up-to-date, even though you are trying to upgrade from version X to Y. Cause: The unified Orion installer scans the entire deployment. If it detects that some modules are already at the target version (or newer), it may block the upgrade of older modules to prevent fragmentation. Solution: Check your product licensing and ensure all modules are eligible for the upgrade. If you are mixing older versions of NPM with newer versions of NTA, you may need to coordinate the upgrade order. Open the application on the newly installed server
