While it is often associated with older adults or those with specific medical conditions, it can also affect younger individuals, including women. Despite its prevalence, urinary incontinence remains a stigmatized topic, often shrouded in silence and embarrassment. This article aims to shed light on the experiences of women living with urinary incontinence, dispel some of the myths surrounding the condition, and offer support and advice for those affected.
