The trio kidnaps Kershaw and successfully tortures him into signing over all his assets. However, their plan immediately begins to unravel. Believing they have committed the "perfect crime," the inept group finds themselves caught in a web of paranoia, greed, and violence. Their attempts to cover their tracks lead to even more horrendous crimes, including kidnapping, torture, and eventually murder.
